ABOUT LTER
BRL-TER is a national basic research lab which studies genomics and regulatory roles of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in tumor-immune microenvironment (TIM) through bioinformatics, single-cell technology, and cell co-culture system. The goals of the lab are 1) to construct the comprehensive TIM lncRNA maps in the single-cell level, 2) to investigate the novel functions of lncRNAs in tumor, immune, and stromal cells in the respect of cell-to-cell interactions, and 3) to lead to identification of novel therapeutic target candidates.
